We will always ensure that your needs are met using a minimum number of consultants.
We aim to provide the same staff all the time in order to ensure continuity in care.
We are available 24/7 to cover long term, short term and unexpected staff shortages.
We provide you with staff profiles prior to commencement of shifts and will get feedback from you on all our staff that work with you on an on-going basis. We operate an “on call” service for out of hour’s shifts and other issue Statement of Purpose Our single purpose is to provide outstanding care and service to all of our clients and workers.
We provide experienced registered Nurses (RMN’s, RNLD’s and RGNs), well trained youth workers, family support workers, support workers and health care assistants to hostels, children’s homes, secure hospitals, acute admission wards, prisons, rehabilitation centres, special needs schools, residential and nursing homes across the county.
Our staff are committed to carrying out their duties in a responsible and professional manner at all times.

1. To recruit a caring and professional workforce that can deliver quality service and to provide such staff with appropriate support.
2. To develop and maintain a good mutual relationship with the service user and to be able to adjust to their changing needs.
3. To make the necessary improvements in areas that might have been highlighted by the client as needing improvement.
4. To continuously monitor the quality of service we provide through feedback we get from the client.
5. To become a lead supplier of experienced nurses, support workers and health care workers.

We recruit experienced staff that go through our interview process, background checks and have enhanced DBS checks before commencement of employment.
We advertise on a regular basis in the local newspaper, nursing magazines and at the Job centre.
All applicants are interviewed and assessed in line with the National Care Standards.
We are committed in ensuring that our staff is suitable placed in a working environment which matches both their skill and knowledge.
Staff training: We pride ourselves in providing our staff with training And will support our staff to enhance their skills through on the job training.
All our workers are trained and inducted to the appropriate level and are required to undertake annual mandatory updates in:
Manual Handling Infection Control Safeguarding Adults and Children Basic Life Support Fire Safety Health and Safety (including COSHH and RIDDOR) Food Hygiene Clinical Risk Management Lone Working We provide additional training based on our client’s care requirements, which can include; Epilepsy Dementia Meeting the Health Needs of people who have Learning Disabilities Autism Awareness Hostel Accommodations Looked After Children Children’s Homes Children’s Centres
